| Menu: Veggie burritos, corn, nachos/cheese 1 can black or kidney beans 1 cup corn 1 cup rice 3/4 cup salsa 10 tortillas 1.25 cups cheese 1. Warm ingredients in pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes 2. Divide evenly, top with cheese, sour cream, green onions etc. 3. Roll and serve |
