Menu ideas on a budget...because eating well is worth it!
The Premise
In an effort to feed my family better, and for less, I have taken to making a weekly menu that guides my grocery shopping and eating habits. Here's a place to get ideas as you set out to feed your troops, and struggle as I do with 'What's for Dinner?'
I'll try to post my menu for the upcoming week, and add recipes where applicable (that means grilled cheese and tomato soup comes with NO directions!). You'll find an assortment of meals, ranging from super simple to more adventurous cultural dishes. Take what you like, and let me know your thoughts when you find a winner (or a loser!) Would love to hear from you.
